1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Lunari, you agree to these Terms and Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Wellness information only
Lunari provides estimates and general wellbeing information. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose or treat any condition, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Predictions may be inaccurate and must not be used as contraception. Seek qualified medical care for health concerns or emergencies.
3. Accounts and guest use
You may use core features without an account or sign in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for protecting access to your device and account. You may delete your account and local app data from Account & Settings.
4. Premium purchases
Lunari may offer a lifetime non-consumable purchase and an auto-renewable yearly subscription. Prices are shown before purchase and may vary by country. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings. Any free trial converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before it ends. Restore Purchases is available in the app.
5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the app, attempt to bypass purchase controls, interfere with security, reverse engineer the app except where law permits, use Lunari for unlawful activity, or infringe the rights of others.
6. Intellectual property
Lunari, its branding, interface, illustrations, text, and software are owned by or licensed to the Lunari developer and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the app.
7. Third-party services
Apple, Firebase, Google Sign-In, Google Mobile Ads, and other service providers may apply their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.
8. Availability and changes
We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and cycle estimates can change when you add or edit data.
9. Disclaimer and limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lunari is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
